Thanks for posting this video.

I like the simplicity of the rolling hitch. I would go a step more and tie the anchor snubber to the cleat with a cleat hitch instead of a spliced eye so that in an emergency one could let the anchor and chain go (hopefully after securing it to a float so you could come back and retrieve it later) without having to winch the anchor back in. One could always cut the line but that would take longer than it would to simply untie the cleat hitch.

I have also added a dock line snubber to the line to add a bit more stretch to the anchor snubber and it seems to work well.
